Decisiones gerenciales en la gestión pública con enfoque matemático
Resumen
La investigación analiza cómo las decisiones gerenciales fundamentadas en modelos matemáticos influyen en la eficiencia operativa de la gestión pública en Ecuador. La metodología se basa en un modelo de optimización estocástica contextual (CSO) aplicado a procesos institucionales relacionados con la asignación de recursos y la planificación. Se emplearon ecuaciones estructurales y simulaciones cuantitativas para evaluar las relaciones entre las variables consideradas en el modelo, asegurando la validez empírica de los resultados. Los hallazgos indican que las variables analizadas son estadísticamente significativas, evidenciando la robustez del modelo y su capacidad para mejorar la eficiencia operativa. La influencia de los factores administrativos varía según la región (β = 0.35). El estudio sugiere que la incorporación de modelos matemáticos en la toma de decisiones públicas permite un análisis sistemático que contribuye a optimizar la eficiencia operativa, fortalecer la gobernanza y orientar políticas basadas en evidencia cuantitativa.
