Abstract

The purpose of this research was to design an educational programmatic model in the context of the Educational Technology Seminar, belonging to the Master's Degree in Teaching for Higher Education, of the UNE Graduate Program "Rafael Maria Baralt"; to update general content as the main axis of technology for its application in university education; Its theoretical foundation considered learning theories for
adaptation in the proposed model, with authors such as: Gago (2017); Repetto et al (2014). Bisquerra (2016), Nivela et al (2021) Siemens (2014) Romero (2017) Area Moreira (2019) among others. Methodologically, the research was framed in the positivist paradigm, under the quantitative approach, feasible project typology, non experimental, field design, with a population made up of 17 people, distributed in (4) teacher facilitators and (13) participants attending the seminar under study, who were
A written survey containing a questionnaire based on questions with three (3) response alternatives was applied. Where the data were analyzed through descriptive statistics. According to the quantitative information and the analysis of the results, it is stated that the respondents agree that a new programmatic model be presented, where its contents are updated, understanding that technology changes constantly and therefore Both university education, upon embracing it, sees the rigorous need to evolve and adapt to innovative content, allowing a programmatic model to be presented to be evaluated by the authorities.
