Abstract

The refereed management training magazine is pleased to present the first issue of the 23rd year of the magazine, corresponding to May 2024. From the Magazine, we want to become a support for active researchers, contributing to the publication and dissemination of their research and the contributions that they make to the solution of social problems and the construction of theories that contribute to the advancement of management and humanistic sciences.

Doctor in Educational Sciences. Master in Business Management, Marketing Mention. Graduate in Public Accounting. Director-Editor of the Arbitrated Magazine Management Training of the University of Zulia. Coordinator of the Management Development Research Group.
