The methodology used corresponds to an analytical research approach with a documentary design. This study reveals the complexity and interconnection of the economic dynamics that affect the daily lives of citizens. As the analysis delves into market structure, import dependence, domestic demand behavior, and fiscal policies, it becomes clear that inflation is not an isolated phenomenon but the result of multiple interacting variables.
2025-06-04T01:06:58+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Arbitrada Formación Gerencial https://produccioncientifica.luz.edu.ve/index.php/rafg/article/view/43882 IMPACT OF QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH ON STUDENTS IN THE SEVENTH SEMESTER OF THE LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE DEGREE AT THE FACULTY OF PEDAGOGY OF THE “LUIS VARGAS TORRES” TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF THE CITY OF ESMERALDAS 2025-06-04T03:20:34+00:00 Santa Rocío Toala Ponce santa.toala.ponce@utelvt.edu.ec Gladys Janet Betancourt Sevilla gladys.betancourt.sevilla@utelvt.edu.ec Fanny Natividad Chanatasig Arcos fanny.chanatasig@utelvt.edu.ec Ariel Ángel Angulo Quiñonez ariel.angulo@utelvt.edu.ec
The present study analyzes the impact of teaching qualitative and quantitative research methodologies on seventh-semester students of the Language and Literature Pedagogy program at the “Luis Vargas Torres” Technical University of Esmeraldas. Its objective is to evaluate the importance of research training in students' academic and professional development by identifying teaching strategies, student motivation, and the use of digital tools. To achieve this, a mixed-methods design was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. A descriptive study was conducted with 48 students selected through non-probabilistic purposive sampling. In the qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted to understand students' perceptions. In the quantitative approach, structured questionnaires with a scale from 1 to 5 were used to measure the importance of research, motivation, teaching strategies, and the use of digital tools. The results show that while most students recognize the relevance of research in their education, a significant percentage still does not perceive it as essential. Additionally, 62% of respondents stated that they feel motivated to engage in research projects, although some reported difficulties due to the lack of dynamic teaching strategies and the limited use of digital tools. In conclusion, research is key to student education but requires improvements in teaching methods. It is recommended to strengthen teacher support, implement active strategies, and optimize the use of technology in the classroom.
2025-06-04T02:07:04+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Arbitrada Formación Gerencial https://produccioncientifica.luz.edu.ve/index.php/rafg/article/view/43883 THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF COMPETITIVENESS: KEYS TO ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS 2025-06-04T03:20:36+00:00 Mariangel Gabriel Álvarez Morales mariangelalvarezm@gmail.com Marle Cecilia Martínez Ramírez marlemartinez@yahoo.es
The objective of the research was to describe the theoretical foundations of competitiveness. Methodologically, it is classified as documentary, under a bibliographic design. The information collection was carried out through the technique of documentary observation, where different theories from authors worldwide were gathered, as well as from specialized journals, the background of other research, and with this, the information was structured for analysis. The reading reveals that business competitiveness depends on multiple interconnected factors. Innovation is consolidated as a fundamental engine for organizational growth, enabling companies to develop attractive and sustainable value propositions. Likewise, service quality and customer loyalty emerge as essential pillars to ensure persistence in highly competitive markets. The digitalization of processes and the implementation of advanced technologies represent strategic opportunities to optimize operational efficiency and strengthen competitiveness.
2025-06-04T02:32:32+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Arbitrada Formación Gerencial https://produccioncientifica.luz.edu.ve/index.php/rafg/article/view/43884 EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF STUDENTS FROM PUBLIC RURAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN MONTERIA, CÓRDOBA, COLOMBIA 2025-06-04T03:20:37+00:00 María José Beleño Corrales mariabeleno.est@umecit.edu.pa
The present work aims to describe the emotional intelligence of students from official rural educational institutions in Monteria, Córdoba, Colombia. The research is conducted as a descriptive study with a field design, contemporary cross-sectional, one-eventual, with an initial population of 354; however, due to participation situations, only 330 students from grades 10 and 11 of the official rural educational institutions in Monteria, Córdoba, Colombia, remained for the final analysis. For data collection, the survey technique was used with a scale instrument constructed by Contreras Hernández (2019a) based on the adaptation of the Trait Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24) by Fernández, Extremera, and Ramos (2004), which, in turn, represents a short version in Spanish of the Trait Meta-Mood Scale designed in 1995 by Salovey and Mayer, with a validity of 0.92 and reliability measured by Cronbach's alpha and Omega. The Cronbach's alpha score was 0.813, which is an excellent result as it exceeds the minimum established of 0.75. Additionally, the reliability analysis through McDonald's Omega coefficient yielded a result of 0.792, suggesting an adequate internal consistency of the instrument. For data analysis, quantitative techniques were used with descriptive statistics. The findings indicated that students have medium emotional intelligence, meaning that students are moderately aware of their emotions and those of others, can differentiate them, and use that understanding to guide their decisions and reflections.
2025-06-04T03:02:23+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Revista Arbitrada Formación Gerencial
