Abstract

The refereed management training magazine is pleased to present the second issue of the 22nd year of the magazine, corresponding to November 2023. On this occasion we present a series of articles that represent the productivity generated from the different postgraduate degrees offered at the Costa Oriental del Lago Nucleus from the University of Zulia. From the Magazine, we want to provide support to researchers who continue to be active despite the difficulties, contributing to the publication and dissemination of their research and the contributions they make to the solution of social problems and the construction of theories that contribute to progress. of management and humanistic sciences.
