Transcomplex managerial perspective in the transcultural approach to organizations: an anthropological perspective

Abstract

In a globalized and constantly changing world, effective management transcends linear paradigms and requires a deep understanding of interconnectivity, cultural diversity, and, from an anthropological perspective, the symbolic density of social practices. This article analyzes the Transcomplex Managerial Perspective as a fundamental tool for the effective approach to Transculturality in Organizations. It is based on the postulates of Edgar Morin (complex thinking), Rolando Lanz (social management, critique of instrumental rationality), Nancy Schavino and Crisálida Villegas (transculturality), and is enriched by the perspective of cultural anthropology, which understands culture not as a set of static norms, but as a dynamic system of meanings, rituals, and practices that human groups construct and negotiate daily. Methodologically, it adopts a qualitative approach, interpretive paradigm, ethnographic method, and hermeneutic technique, through comparative, critical, and reflective documentary review and analysis.
